Any questions related to after sales, please attach the Model No. and PN code to facilitate a quick response. The Model No. can be found on the product or the package, while the PN code can be found in the battery compartment (some feeder models) or on the product package.

Where is your company located?

Our headquarter is located in the Hubei Province，China

Where do you ship from?

We ship from China's major port warehouses or some items from local US warehouses. Since different warehouses specialize in different areas of production, please be aware that your items will likely be shipped separately (if you order more than one item).

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

For non-Chinese customers, Standard Shipping means you can expect to receive your package within 20-30 days from the time of your order, while Expedited Shipping will deliver your package within 7-10 days. Shipping times will then vary based on customer location and from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

Do you ship Worldwide?

Our official STARBURST website can ship to the USA, United Kingdom, Germany, French，and other EU regions (including Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland).

We are actively developing other regional markets, so feel free to subscribe to our newsletters for timely information.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard Shipping: Orders Over $50 - Free; Orders $0-$49.99 - $6

Expedited Shipping:Orders Over $200 - Free; Orders $0-$199.99 - $28

The free shipping service does not cover Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, please contact us in advance if you need to ship to those three areas.

Where are your products made?

Currently, we manufacture in China, taking great care to choose partners who share our values. That means prioritizing quality, worker safety, fair wages and benefits, and minimizing environmental impact.

Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.
